Requirements for Maintenance Manager
- Applicant should possess a minimum of B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Applicant must have 2. 5 years experience with 2 years in a similar role or leadership position
- Applicant must have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of R&A, electrical, plumbing, heat, and power generating systems, machines and equipment, etc.
- Applicant must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, general maintenance practices & processes.
- Applicant must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and management software.

Requirements for Account Officer
- Applicant should possess a minimum of HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Applicant must have 0 – 2 years experience in finance (experience in the poultry industry will be advantageous).
- Applicant must have professional Qualification (or Student Membership) will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have domain knowledge in accounting, finance, and economics of the livestock industry and business.
- Applicant must have proficiency in modern accounting and finance productivity tools and software such as Quickbooks.
- Applicant must have good Analytics and Presentation skills.
- Applicant must have accurate financial information management and reporting.
Requirements for Farm Operation Officer (Breeder Operations)
- Applicant should possess a minimum University Degree or HND in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Production, and Health or Agricultural Science.
- Applicant must have 1 – 2 years of working experience in the poultry industry
- Applicant must have good knowledge of Poultry Science and Health management such as flock health, breeder flock, and quality management
- Applicant must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Applicant must have good oral and written communication skills
- Applicant must have good interpersonal relation skill
- Applicant must have the ability to take initiative
- Applicant must have proactiveness and the ability to work under pressure.
- Applicant must have leadership and team management skills.
- Applicant must have time and priority management.
