Requirements for Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree preferred.
- NIA/ARCON certification.
- 3 – 7 years of experience in a reputable Architectural firm with a strong portfolio
showcasing diverse projects. - Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (ideally with Revit experience as well).
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good powers of observation.
- Extremely proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and consultation skills.
- Ability to translate client ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, industry trends, and technological advancements.
Requirements for Site Architect
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Professional membership in The Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) would be an added advantage
- 3-7 years of experience in a reputable Architectural firm with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (ideally with Revit experience as well).
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
- Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects, including machinery and equipment.
Requirements for Site Supervisor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
- Professional membership in The Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
would be an added advantage - Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.
- Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
