Requirements for Division Manager

• Degree in Agronomy, Bio-engineering, or equivalent subject (minimum of Second Class Upper division)
• Age Requirement: 30 – 38 years old
• Significant knowledge and experience (minimum 5 years) of working in an oil palm plantation
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role and environment.
• Management/ supervisory skills and experience of managing agricultural teams are an advantage.
• English and local languages are essential.
• Results focussed on the resilience to deliver in a challenging environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements for Housing Construction Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is essential (minimum of Second Class Upper division)
• Significant knowledge and experience (minimum 5 years) of implementing similar projects from inception to completion in remote places
• Experienced in challenging environments (remote site and low educational level of staff)
• Experience with interlocking soil block construction is a plus.
• Age Requirement: 30 – 38 years old

• Interpersonal skills

• Good computer/ IT skills are an advantage.

• Understanding of all facets of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-construction maintenance.

Requirements for Security Manager

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role and environment; Past experience in law enforcement agencies is an advantage
• Good knowledge and experience (minimum of 5 years) about security operations in a large scale agro-industrial projects in West Africa
• Management/ supervisory skills and experience of managing security teams is essential
• English language essential. Knowledge of local languages an advantage
• Results focussed with the resilience to deliver in a challenging environment
• Ability to withstand extreme pressure / high intensity situations calmly, whilst always keeping self-control and restrain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in cross cultural environment
• Very strong team leadership skills, and utmost sense of integrity and human respect
• Basic IT skills
• Age: 30 – 38 years.
