Requirements for Retail Relationship Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in retail sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office suite.

- Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record of Credit/Risk Analysis Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and closing skills.

Requirements for Treasury Sales Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury sales or a related field within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial analysis and reporting.
