Requirements for People Engagement & Success Analyst

• Whilst it would be great for you to have a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Arts or any Social Sciences discipline from an accredited university, we place a higher value on significant work experience in the workforce to compensate where there is no qualification.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Integrity, strength of character, and highly confidential.
• Applicants Must Have Strong attention to detail
• Passion for excellence and a constant desire to learn.
• Applicants Must Have Emotional Intelligence, be highly organized, and be unflappable under pressure.

Requirements for Product Designer

• Whilst it would be great for you to have a Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited university, we place a higher value on significant work experience in the workforce to compensate where there is no qualification.
• Applicants Must Have Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
• Applicants Must Have a Portfolio of design projects
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch, Mockflow, and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar tools
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Skill in Mobile and enterprise design (Mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Iconography (Asset design)
• Logo design
• Good time-management skills
• A proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and React will earn you more points
• Knowledge of 3D tool e.g. Blender or 3D Max are highly valued
• Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS, SASS, and Bootstrap will earn you more points
