Requirements for Business Development Personnel / Executive Assistant to MD
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate and construction industry.
- Relevant educational certification in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry, market dynamics, and trends.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Requirements for Business Development Personnel

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
