Requirements for Internal Control Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing companies.
- Experience in the plastic manufacturing company will be an advantage.
Requirements for Learning and Development Manager
- BSc / HND in Social Sciences or related courses
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field required.
- At least 5 years of experience providing training, mentoring, and technical assistance. Demonstrated ability to work well with others and to develop and maintain compatibility among project staff, subcontractors, consultants, and project partners.
- Experience in training, coaching, and manpower development of the above level of staff in an FMCG is mandatory
- Must have trained sales and marketing team before now
- Must have worked in FMCG for some time.
Requirements for Quality Control Manager
- Degree or HND in a relevant field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Milk and Yoghurt production setting is mandatory
- Ready to build a career with the organization.
