Requirements for General Manager
- Candidate should possess a minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Building Construction / Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management / Administration, or related field.
- Must be vast in IT
- Professional qualification is an added advantage but not mandatory
- 12 – 15 years relevant experience of which 5 years should be in a managerial role
- Must demonstrate success in project management and team execution.
- Must be experienced in managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills in oral & written English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
Requirements for Tender Manager
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering (with a minimum of 2nd class upper)
- COREN Registered
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Tendering, Project Management, Supervision of Construction and Installation works building/mechanical services.
- In-depth knowledge of tender document preparation which includes BOQs preparation for International Oil and Gas Companies (IOCs)
- Experience in interfacing with the following agencies: NIPEX, DPR, ITF, NSITF, and insurance companies and ensuring compliance with tender requirements including HSE and QA & QC.
- In-depth knowledge of codes and standards for designing/building mechanical services
- Highly proficient in the use of the following software: Microsoft Project / Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, AUTOCAD MEP, & Plant Design Management System (PDMS).
- Experience in dealing with complex tenders.
- Must be able to prospect for potential new clients & convert them into increased business.
- Identify potential clients & the decision makers within the client organization and must have contacts with the IOCs.
- Research & build relationships with new clients & must have experience dealing with NAPIMS, and NIPEX.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different people and teams of people by putting others at ease.
- Ability to work well under pressure, while maintaining effectiveness.
Requirements for HSE Expert
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Engineering, Sciences.
- HSE Certifications – HSE level 1.2 & 3, MISTDO, Basic Fire Fighting, Work at height.
- OSHA Certification
- Minimum of Five (5) years relevant working experience in the Safety and/or Environment role in the Oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
