Requirements for Head, Lease
- Minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven managerial experience in Equipment Leasing with a successful track record in revenue generation.
- Post-graduate qualification(s) and professional membership are advantageous.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- Commitment to continuous education through training, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Requirements for HR Generalist
- 3-5 years of experience is required and the ideal candidate should have experience in all HR key areas
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and other employment laws
- High standards of accuracy & precision with excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to think strategically & act tactically
- Talent management and employee life cycles
- Excellent use of G-Suite and Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of HR processes.
Requirements for FCS Technical Support Officer
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Electrical Electronics Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year and above experience with a Technical support background.
- Interest in analyzing data to draw insights and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
- Good understanding of electronics, computer systems, and software platforms.
