Requirements for Cook
- Applicant should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have proven experience as a cook
- Applicant must have the ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
Requirements for Barman
- Applicant should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1- 2 years of work experience.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons
- Answer customer questions about products or services.
Requirements for Storekeeper
- Applicant should possess an OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1- 2 years of work experience.
- Applicant must be able to keep a record of stock and restock the store accordingly.
- Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Computer Skills.
