Requirements for Engineering Manager/ Support Services
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience including experience working as an Engineering Manager/Software Development Lead.
- Extensive knowledge of agile software development i.e., SCRUM methodology.
- Strong knowledge of Golang, .NET Core/.NET framework, and C#.
- Strong knowledge of servers and cloud infrastructure e.g., Azure, and AWS.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and Design Patterns.
- Experience with an enterprise blockchain platform such as Hyperledger is a nice-to-have.
- Knowledge of containerization strategies i.e., Docker, Kubernetes.
- Understanding of JavaScript and web development frameworks e.g., ReactJs, Angular.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks/projects and lead a team with high emotional intelligence.
Requirements for Application Administrator
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with any scripting language (Powershell or Python) is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years experience with database, network administration, or system administration IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus.
- Working knowledge of docker containers and Linux machines is a nice-to-have.
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of containerization strategies.
- Experience with automation tools.
Requirements for Web Developer (ReactJS & AngularJS)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or any related course & 3 – 4 years of web development experience within the FinTech industry.
- Certificates for Web Development, Nanodegrees.
- Knowledge of concurrency best practices and pitfalls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a collaborative team player who values giving and receiving constructive feedback and who has strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently or as part of a team, and be self-motivated.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Typescript, and JavaScript.
