Requirements for Financial Controller
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field, ICAN, or ACCA is also an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of work experience in an accounting firm or hotel
- Special skills in Sun, Opera, and micros systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in the use of the computer and application programs
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Capability of dealing with crisis or emergency situations effectively
- Ability to work as part of a management staff team.
Requirements for Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields
- Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a similar role, hotel experience will be a plus
- Sound knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies and operations
- Problem-solving, and communication skills to relate with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of Opera & other related software for effective marketing communications & operations
Requirements for Food & Beverages Manager II
- HND / B.Sc in Hotel Management
- Diploma or/and Certificate in Food and Beverage category in a related field
- 2-3 years working experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
- Proficiency in communication and math skills
- Ability to work in a team and supervise subordinates
- Quick decision-making skills
- Guest-oriented, outgoing, and service minded
- Proficiency in the use of micros and other application programs.
