Requirements for Senior Product Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in product management or a similar role in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, and JIRA)
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in the fintech industry is desirable.

Requirements for Service Manager

• A mid-level B.Sc graduate with 5+ years of experience either in service management or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management: Oversee projects and initiatives as they relate to the products being managed.
• Proficient in customer relationship management tools and software for tracking and monitoring service performance.
• Service Management: should have a deep understanding of service management principles and frameworks. This includes incident management, problem management, change management, and service-level management.
• Demonstrate success in customer service, handling complaints, budget management, and effective marketing tactics.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving service-related challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for Mobile Engineer

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience in the FINTECH industry.
• Proven Hands-on experience (3 years) in designing and developing applications using Flutter
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Knowledge of Dart, Java, Kotlin, SQLite, Webpack, HTML, JavaScript, CSS3
• Code versioning tools like Git, Jenkins, etc.
• Networking and handling push notifications
• Experience in Android and IOS development.
• Test cases for better performance and debugging of code Minimum of 1-year experience working on QA automation
• Experience with test-driven development
• Experience with networking and handling push notifications.
