NPC Recruitment Portal for 2023 Census

The National population commission on its announcement of the commencement of the 2023 population census launched a fresh recruitment portal for all interested and eligible candidates wishing to work with the commission toward the success of the census. The said portal is an independent website away from the trail census recruitment portal and can be accessed at 2023censusadhocrecruitment.nationalpopulation.gov.ng. There are two(2) key categories of vacancies available in the 2023 census recruitment and they include

• NPC Staff

• Census trainer/ Facilitator

• Quality assurance assistant/Rovers

General Requirements for National Population Commission Recruitment

All eligible candidates seeking to apply for any position must have these basic requirements;

• A Valid NIN
• A Valid Phone Number (Remember to remove your phone from Do Not Disturb so you can receive SMS.)

Requirements for the Various Adhoc Staff Roles in NPC Recruitment

Census trainer/ Facilitator

• The applicant must be a Nigerian.
• Applicants should be able to speak the language of the local community.
• ICT proficiency
• Basic literacy in mathematics.
• Have a minimum of SSCE/OND
• Be between the age range of 20-35 years
• Can speak English
• Have a functional email and phone number
• Have a national identification number

Enumerator

• Be a Nigerian.
• Speak the language of the local community.
• ICT Proficiency
• Basic Literacy in Mathematics.
• Have a minimum of SSCE/OND.
• Be between the age range of 20-35 years.
• Can speak English
• Have a functional email and phone number.
• Have a national identification number

Supervisors

• Be a Nigerian
• Speak the language of the local community.
• Have a minimum of OND
• Be between the age range of 25-45 years.
• Can speak English.
• Have survey field experience
• Have managerial skills
• Have a functional email and phone number
• Have a national identification number

Field Coordinator

• Be a Nigerian
• Have basic office tools skills (excel is an added advantage) .
• Have survey field experience.
• Have managerial skills.
• Have a minimum of HND/First Degree
• Be between the age range of 30-50 years.
• Can speak English
• Have a functional email and phone number.
• Have a national identification number
• Preferably Civil Servants or Teachers.

Quality assurance assistant/Rovers

• Be a Nigerian
• Have basic office tools skills (excel is an added advantage)
• Have survey field experience.
• Have managerial skills.
• Have a minimum of HND
• Be between the age range of 25-45 years.
• Can speak English
• Have a functional email and phone number.
• Have a national identification number.
• Preferably Civil Servants or Teachers
