Requirements for Senior Manager, Donor Partnerships
- Applicant must have an 8+ year track record of stewarding relationships with and successfully raising funding from institutional donor organizations
- Applicant must have experience working with donor-funded health programs and/or in the health supply chain; experience working with USAID Global Health Supply Chain programs, US missions abroad, and or NGOs a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder mapping, develop relationships with senior external stakeholders, and build a constellation of champions
- Applicant must have a strategic sales mindset
- Applicant must have the ability to break down complex goals into individual tasks and organize those objectives into executable work plans with clear deadlines
- Applicant must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills with experience working on proposals, reports, SOPs, and presentations
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders across a global organization and ability to work with internal partners to design and execute key priorities and objectives
- Applicant must have an entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, self-sufficiency, and adaptability
Requirements for Government / Aviation Affairs Manager
- Applicant must have at least 5 years of experience working within the regulatory and government affairs space
- You can communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) and build strong relationships with internal business teams and external stakeholders.
- Applicants must have experience reviewing processes and documentation to ensure that the systems they depict will be compliant with applicable regulations.
- Applicants must have the grit, resourcefulness, and resilience to thrive in the novel, uncertain, and constantly changing business and regulatory environments.
- You have either had a program management role with deep ownership of the outcome of projects or a similar role as a program manager, or systems engineer.
- Must be eligible to work in Nigeria.
Requirements for Head of Marketing, Africa
- Applicant must have 10 – 15 years of proven experience leading marketing and building great teams.
- Applicant must have experience defining and leading marketing for technology companies in complex, fast-moving markets.
- Applicant must have experience in health tech, global health, public health, or health tech that would be very relevant for this role, but not mandatory.
- Applicant must have the ability to both execute and communicate the results and impact of your team’s marketing strategy.
- Ability to prioritize and balance conflicting demands while leading multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Applicant must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to demonstrate expertise with colleagues at all levels of the company.
