Requirements for Facility Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Track record of success in managing and maintaining facilities.
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance, including building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Excellent knowledge of relevant safety and security regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements for General Manager
- At least 5 years of experience in resort management or a similar role.

- An understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience managing a diverse team of employees.
