Requirements for Data Administrator

• Applicants Must have a Diploma (or equivalent work experience) in a technical field
• Applicants Must Identify and rectify data inconsistencies and errors within the organization’s databases.
• Applicants Must Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies.
• Applicants Must Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and rectification needs.
• Applicants Must Develop and implement data rectification strategies, procedures, and best practices.
• Applicants Must Utilize data management tools and software to clean, validate, and correct data.
• Applicants Must Perform data audits to ensure data accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Applicants Must Work closely with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and provide timely updates.
• Applicants Must Maintain comprehensive documentation of rectification activities, processes, and outcomes.
• Applicants Must Monitor data quality metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Applicants Must Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data management techniques.

Requirements for Network Architect (Fibre)

• Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in a technical field
• Applicants Must have 8 year’s technical experience in the telecom industry
• Applicants Must have 5 years in network fiber planning and design or an equivalent role
• Applicants Must have Effective written and verbal communications skills evidenced by work history and accomplishments
• Applicants Must have Excellent communication and soft skills, including the ability to listen, summarize and concisely share key information with clients or internal stakeholders
• Applicants Must have Optical networking experience, including OTDR, optical link budget calculations, fiber types, and testing
• Applicants Must have Experts in GIS and OSS systems
• Applicants Must have Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio
• Applicants Must have Basic knowledge of network equipment i.e. Routers, Switches, DWDM, OTN
• Applicants Must have Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants Must have a Comprehensive understanding of the fiber market, including its providers and infrastructure
• Applicants Must have a Proven track record of proficiently establishing and developing fiber technology competencies within a complex organization
• Applicants Must have Knowledge of ISP planning, scaling, and design
• Proficiency in working with database hierarchies and utilizing SQL for data management
• Applicants Must have Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize B/OSS (Business/Operations Support Systems) tools to record information accurately and succinctly in a timely fashion

Requirements for Network Architect (IP)

• Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent, Master’s preferred) in a technical field
• Applicants Must Require a minimum of 10 year’s technical experience in the telecom industry with at least 8 years in network engineering, network design role, or equivalent
• Applicants Must have Advanced knowledge of packet-switched networks (Ethernet, IP/MPLS, IGPs, BGP).
• Applicants Must have Advanced knowledge in supporting IP/MPLS equipment i.e. Mikrotik, Juniper, Tejas Networks, etc
• Applicants Must have Advanced knowledge of network monitoring tools e.g. Cacti, MRTG, PRTG, NPM, etc
• Applicants Must have Effective written and verbal communications skills evidenced by work history and accomplishments
• Applicants Must have Excellent communication and soft skills, including the ability to listen to and summarize and concisely share key information with clients
• Applicants Must have Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants Must have an Advanced understanding of IGPs, MPLS, MPLS-TP, BGP
• Applicants Must have CCIE or JNCIE or equivalent
• Applicants Must have a Proven track record of proficiently establishing and developing IP, MPLS, and MPLS-TP networks within a complex organization
• Applicants Must have Expert use of B/OSS tools effectively to record information accurately and concisely promptly
