Requirements for Facility Manager

• Applicant should possess BSc in Estate Management, Building Technology, Urban and Regional Planning, Quantity Survey, and other related courses.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a facility manager.
• Applicant must have good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicant must have good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Applicant must have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Applicant must have excellent time management skills.
• Proximity to Victoria Island e.g., Lekki, Yaba, Oworoshoki, Gbagada, etc

Requirements for Assistant Facility Manager

• Applicant should possess HND / BSc in Estate Management, Building Technology, Urban and Regional Planning, Quantity Survey, and other related courses.
• Applicant must have 0 – 1 year of work experience as an assistant facility manager.
• Applicant must have good communication and customer service skills
• Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicant must have Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Applicant must have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Applicant must have excellent time management skills.
• Applicant must have the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proximity to Victoria Island e.g., Lekki, Yaba, Oworoshoki, Gbagada, etc.

Requirements for Electrical Technician

• Applicant must have a minimum academic qualification in SSCE/OND/HND in Electrical field
• Applicant must have at least four (4) years of professional experience in a related field
• Applicant must have Proof of Trade Test Certificate.
• Applicant must be able to speak English and write well
• Applicant must be able to prepare a report at the appropriate period
• Should be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Applicant must have the ability to excel in activities concerned with the maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Applicant must have good communication skills
• Attention to detail and swift to response
• Able to take initiative, Honest with high integrity.
• Self-motivated and exhibits calmness under pressure, with a flexible approach.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and supporting the wider objectives of the Company.
