Requirements for Pharma Sales Manager
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Applicants Must Have 2 – 4 years of Pharma sales Industry experience
- Applicants Must Have Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Powerpoint
- Applicants Must Have Functional Knowledge of and exposure to sales
- Applicants Must Have a Proven track record in driving and exceeding sales
- Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal skills
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communications skills.
Requirements for Account Clerk
- Applicants Must Have OND in Finance / Accounting
- Applicants Must Have A complete or comprehensive understanding of accounting principles
- Applicants Must Have The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information, whether it’s information for the company or individuals
- Applicants Must Have Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
- Applicants Must Have Computer literacy, as accounting clerks are responsible for keying information into various computers and software programs
- Applicants Must Have Strong people skills – a polite and professional demeanor when working with other companies, as well as consumers and coworkers
- Applicants Must Have The willingness and ability to comply with local, state, and federal financial regulations, as well as the regulations established by the company itself.
Requirements for Pharma Sales Representative
- Applicants Must Have BS Degree in the relevant field
- Applicants Must Have Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales
- Applicants Must Have Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and the latest medical issues
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of MS Office
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Applicants Must Have Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Applicants Must Have Strong organizational and time management skills.
