Requirements for Field Marketing Officer

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc / First Degree in a relevant field
• Applicants Must Have A minimum of 2 years working experience in Fintech or Banking
• Applicants Must Have Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Applicants Must Have Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines
• Applicants Must Have Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,
• Applicants Must Have Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants Must Have a High degree of team building and supervisory skills
• Applicants Must Have Good relationship management skills
• Applicants Must Have Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)

Requirements for Business Development Coordinator

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc / First Degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Fintech or Banking
• Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines
• Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A high degree of team building and supervisory skills
• Good relationship management skills
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc).

Requirements for Head of Sales and Business Development

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 7 years of experience with a successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
• Applicants Must Have a Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Applicants Must Have a Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and strategies.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants Must Have Leadership skills
• Applicants Must be Customers Centric and must have experience with CRM Software.
