Requirements for Global Program Lead
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management / Public Health, or commensurate work experience in related to public health programming.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience on the operations side of health care service delivery, preferably with outreach services.
- Experience in technical support and coaching of partners and/or team members.
- Ability to positively influence people without having line management relationships.
- Strong commitment to respectful collaboration with multi-lingual team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time. Willingness to travel internationally and work in locations with limited infrastructure.
- Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa, India, Bangladesh
- Working in a high-growth or start-up environment;
- Working in an international organization operating in low- and middle-income countries
- Experience as program lead.
Requirements for Global Multimedia Producer and Editor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Filmmaking, Journalism, Communications, or a Liberal Arts field.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong script writing skills and the ability to proofread at an advanced level.
- Experience in media production.
- Advanced skills in video editing through Adobe Premiere, proficient in Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Comfort with a flexible work schedule and working across multiple time zones.
- Experience, and a commitment to, working respectfully with a diverse team; experience collaborating with outside consultants to move projects forward.
- Demonstrated interest in social enterprise models and desire to learn how to articulate and share VisionSpring’s unique approach.
- Must meet the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and for handling sensitive information with care.
- Must be highly organized with extraordinary follow-through, a sense of urgency, and a strong personal sense of accountability.
- Must be able to travel, up to 15% of the time, for domestic and international assignments to locations with limited infrastructure.
- Advanced Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or another related field;
- Experience working with the media (print, television, online) including the development, successful delivery, and uptake of press releases;
- Experience living in a low-income setting and/or working/studying across languages and cultures;
- Experience crafting communications for social enterprises and/or nonprofits.
- Understanding of the PR supply chain; and/or
- Experience using marketing automation platforms.
Requirements for Warehouse Assistant
- Warehouse Management certification is preferred, and we welcome those with a B.Sc in any related field.
- Experience managing and improving Warehouse data, information, and processes.
- Actively seek to improve all aspects of the Warehouse by streamlining steps.
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed.
- Good understanding of all aspects of Warehouse processes
- Previous experience in Warehouse Management is essential.
- Experience working in and maintaining databases using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and others relevant to company processes.
