- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 4 years of work experience.
- Experience in telecommunications is an added advantage.
Requirements for HR Business Partner (Performance Management)
- B.Sc / HND qualification
- Minimum of 2 years progressive experience within any of the following industries with a large organization: Telecoms, Management Consulting Fin Tech, FMCG, or Technology Consulting with high-level experience in change management interventions
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervising/managing others.
Requirements for Human Resources Business Partner (Talent Acquisition)
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-7 years of experience
