Requirements for User Experience Research (UXR)
- Applicant must have 2 years + of work experience in UI/UX design on mobile applications
- Applicant must be proficient in user experience design (interaction and visual design, information architecture, prototype, content…etc.)
- Applicant must be familiar with design software such as Sketch, Figma, Protopie, etc.
- Applicant must have solid design skills and vision, good communication, and collaboration skills, able to work closely with team members to ensure the quality and effectiveness of product user experience design.
- Applicant must Possess design thinking and strong user empathy, able to deeply participate in user research, interaction design, and prototype development work.
Requirements for Admin Officer
- Applicant must have 3+ years of work experience
- Applicant must have excellent outreach and public relations skills, capable of solving emergencies;
- Applicant must have good writing, oral and reading skills in English;
- Familiar with OFFICE administration knowledge and working process, skilled in OFFICE and other OFFICE software;
- Careful and conscientious work, a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, strong written and oral expression;
- Applicant must have strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong team consciousness;
- Applicants must have a good image and a good temperament.
Requirements for Senior Sales Manager
- B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Certification in the related field is a plus.
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience in the Home Appliance industry.
- Understand the brand management mode of consumer goods and home appliance products, have relevant knowledge, be familiar with the sales process, and understand the market situation
- Rich customer management experience and channel management experience, sensitivity to customer demand and market, and strong customer service awareness.
