Requirements for Resolution / Service Manager (Telecommunications)

• Applicant should possess a minimum of HND in Computer Science or a related field.
• Applicant must have 5+ years of experience in network administration and leadership roles.
• Applicant must have at least 5 years of experience in telecommunications or Fiber Optics.
• Applicant must have CCNA or equivalent technical qualification.
• Applicant must have strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Applicant must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to team members and stakeholders.
• Applicant must be experienced and conversant in Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules.
• Applicant must have a good working knowledge of TCP/IP.
• Applicant must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicant must pay strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
• Applicant must have demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation.
• Applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements for Network Resolution Manager

• Applicant should possess a minimum of HND in Computer Science or a related field
• Applicant must have 5+ years’ experience in network administration and leadership roles
• Applicant must have at least 5 years of experience in telecommunications or Fiber Optics
• Applicant must have the ability to think critically, solve problems and make decisions.
• Applicant must have the ability to communicate and express complex information in a simple and succinct manner to a team.
• Applicant must have the ability to develop good working relationships with a variety of internal and external partners.

Requirements for Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python)

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Applicant must have at least 5 years of experience in full stack web development, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Applicant must have strong technical knowledge of front-end and back-end web development, including experience with modern frameworks and tools.
• Applicant must have experience with multiple programming languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Ruby.
• Applicant must have strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Applicant must have strong experience with modern back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
• Applicant must have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Applicant must have a strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Applicant must have a strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, including automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Applicant must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Applicant must have experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Applicant must have experience mentoring and guiding other engineers on the team.
• Applicant must have strong leadership and team management skills.
