Requirements for Finance and Budget Manager, Inspiring Good Nutrition Initiatives Through Enterprise (IGNITE) Program & Digital QA/QC for LSFF (Nigeria)
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years experience, or a Master’s Degree + 5 years experience preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field,
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in international development
- Applicants Must Have Advanced Proficiency in Excel.
- Applicants Must Have Technical qualifications or working experience as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
- Applicants Must Have Experience with BMGF-funded programs
Requirements for New Business Development Manager
- Applicants Must Have A minimum of an Undergraduate Degree (B.Sc) in Social Sciences, Business Management, Agriculture, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Applicants Must Have A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is desirable, but not required.
- Applicants Must Have A minimum of 7 years of experience with a B.Sc. is required or 5 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
- The required years of experience, a minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in New Business Development and writing successful proposals is required.
- Applicants Must Have Experience working in Nigeria or West Africa.
- Applicants Must Have 2 – 3 years experience in the total required years of experience working with institutional, bilateral, and multilateral donors and foundations is required.
- Applicants Must Have Experience supporting project design and project start-up.
- Applicants Must Have Extensive knowledge of and experience working in the agriculture and food systems is desirable.
Requirements for Senior Program Manager, SAY-WEE Entrepreneurship Project
- Applicants Must Have A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline with at least 10 years of experience in the below.
- Alternatively, a Master’s Degree in similar fields listed with 7 years of experience in the below:
- Experience in implementing private sector or SME development assistance programs.
- Experience with SMEs is strongly
- Experience with entrepreneurship and business accelerator programs is strongly preferred.
- Experience with youth and gender programming is preferred.
- Experience leading entrepreneurship and skills development programs, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, digital and soft skills.
- Among the experiences, at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in analytical and strategic roles within the private sector and/or development spheres (ideally with a top-tier management consulting firm).
- Applicants Must Have Related work experience and knowledge of the Nigerian economic, social, and development context preferred.
- Applicants Must Have Experience in leading/managing donor-funded projects required.
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the private sector/SME landscape in Nigeria and/or anglophone West Africa preferred.
- Applicants Must Have experience in working with FCDO-funded projects.
- Required Languages: Fluency in English is required.
- Travel: Local and International.
