Requirements for Senior Auditor
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or another field related to the nature of the position. Relevant professional certification e.g. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred.
- Applicant must have 4 – 8 years of experience in internal audit function, preferably combined with other experience (external audit, finance, controlling, or business activity).
Requirements for Tax Accountants
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; however, preference may be given to candidates with Master’s in Taxation, CPA’s or CPA candidates with part passed or other advanced degrees.
- Applicant must be CITN certified.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years of income tax provision and tax compliance experience in a public company or large accounting firm setting, with at least 2 years of income tax provision experience.
- Applicant must have a good working knowledge of ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes.
- Applicant must have experience preparing forms 1120, 5471, 8858, and 1118.
- Preference will be given to candidates with upstream oil and gas tax experience
- Applicant must have a working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Applicant must have the ability to complete basic to intermediate tax research.
- Applicant must have Intermediate skills in Word, and Excel. Experience with OGSYS is a plus.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Original, creative thinker with the ability to formulate and express a contrarian viewpoint.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for Chief Security Officer
- Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of experience with the Nigeria Police force.
- Applicant must be able to write and send mail.
- Applicant must be able to conveniently commute to Ikoyi.
- Applicant must have good communication skills.
