Requirements for Head of Sales
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field
- At Least 10 years of working experience in a similar role
- Must have experience leading a profitable sales team
- Ability to effectively solve problems and conflict
- Knowledge of project delivery methodology
- Ability to delegate and manage multiple operations effectively
- Ability to assess the operational effectiveness of employees
- Possess good written and oral communication skills to support decisions
- Conducts meetings and provides effective leadership to team members
Requirements for Business Development Manager
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or any similar field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Customer service centric and a good understanding of business establishment principles
- Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong flair for marketing/sales
- Ability to work in a team and independently from a supervisor
- Good working knowledge in the use of computers, MS applications, or Google Workspace
- A proven sales record with strong market implementations
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requirements for Managing Director
- First Degree in Business Administration or any similar field
- M.Sc. or/and MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position
- Stellar leadership qualities and managerial abilities with board, executive management, clients, and direct reports.
- Commendable interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative independent from supervisor
- Highly proficient in the use of computers, MS tools, and Google Workspace.
