Requirements for Sanlam Nigeria System Analyst Graduate Program 2023

• Applicants Must Have First Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Applicants Must Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Program.
• Applicants Must Have Adaptability and Flexibility
• Applicants Must Have ITIL Service delivery manager qualifications
• Applicants Must be CompTIA A+ Certified
• Applicants Must be CISCO Certified (Desirable)
• Teamwork and Collaboration
• Applicants Must not be more than 28 years as at time of application.

Requirements for Sanlam Nigeria Application Development Graduate Program 2023

• Applicants Must Have First Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Applicants Must Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Program.
• Applicants Must Have Solid understanding of frontend development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Applicants Must Have Basic experience or familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React.js and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Applicants Must Have Basic knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Laravel, PHP, or similar technologies. Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Applicants Must Have Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve software issues.
• Applicants Must Have Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical concepts. Ability to work independently as well as part of a development team.
• Applicants Must Have Adaptability and Flexibility

• Applicants Must not be more than 28 years as at time of application

Requirements for Team Lead, Customer Service

• Applicants Must Have First Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Applicants Must Have 7-10 years relevant experience required
• Applicants Must Have Prior experience in Financial Services/Telco will be an added advantage
• Applicants Must Have Master’s degree and/or Customer Service related certification required
• Applicants Must be Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) – desirable and added advantage
