Requirements for Head, User Acquisition

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of user acquisition experience within FMCG distribution, Fintech, Retail, and Ecommerce.
• Proven experience leading technology adoption within the informal sector will be a big plus.
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective acquisition strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Project management experience

Requirements for Head, Seller Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8-10 years experience in seller management, business development, or a related field within the B2B e-commerce sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with sellers.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align seller management strategies with overall business goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements for Graduate Trainee Program 2024

• Recent graduate with a minimum grade of second-class upper Bachelor’s Degree in any reputable University.
• Completed mandatory youth service scheme (NYSC) for Nigerians.
• Passion for Start-up space and an insatiable desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities.
