Requirements for Food and Beverage Supervisor

• Applicant must hold at least a College Degree in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management.
• Applicants must have Certification from National Restaurants Association, which is called Food Service Management Professional Certificate is useful although not mandatory.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Sound knowledge about maintenance of accounts and bookkeeping.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service ethics.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work as a team as well as exhibit good leadership activities.
• Have a pleasant and approachable personality.

Requirements for Night Duty Manager

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Requirements for Construction Engineer

• Applicants must have Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering or any other related course.
• Engineering certification is an advantage.
• Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Estimations, Quantity Surveying
• Excellent technical report writing skills.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment such as structural drawings, civil materials, surveys, budgets, building codes, permits, safety aspects, and so on
• Activities included-Budgeting, Scheduling, Execution, Quality control, and Documentation.
• Provide technical and supervisory support, guidance, mentoring, and managing the Site Labour, Sub-Contractor, and Construction team.
• Monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
• Coordinates activities with other disciplines.
