Requirements for Administrative and Logistics Officer

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience.

Requirements for Independent Marketer – Deposit Mobilization (Liability Asset)

Minimum education level – First Degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution. Post-graduate qualification(s) and professional membership will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated track record of meeting / exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing.
Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principles.
Strong communication and networking skills.

Requirements for Team Lead, Asset Creation

Minimum education level: A First Degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution.
Post-graduate qualification(s) and professional membership will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
Successful experience building a territory from the ground up.
5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products (Consumer Lending).
Relevant knowledge of the company’s market and competitors.
Knowledge of principles and methods for selling products, including marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Experience in building rapport, opening doors, and understanding the business requirements of senior decision-makers.
Experience and good knowledge of the financial market.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
