The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising Noodles, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare, and Personal Hygiene. The Joint Venture between Tolaram Group (parent company of MCPL) and Kellogg’s Company has set its foot beyond the Nigeria borders. Countries currently present include the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Benin, Cameroon, South Africa, Egypt, Ghana, and Nigeria.

Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor

• Minimum of OND from a reputable institution
• At least 2 years of Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in an FMCG or similar industry.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements for Loader Supervisor

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a supervisory role as a Loader Supervisor in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in loading operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping.
• Ability to operate relevant equipment and machinery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG distribution processes is advantageous.

Requirements for Assistant Warehouse Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related).
• Proven experience of at least 4 years in a supervisory/managerial role in warehouse operations within the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
