Requirements for Chief Technical Officer

Applicants Must Have a Master of Business Administration preferred minimum requirement of a B.Sc. or honors Degree in Computer Science
Applicants Must Have 10+ years of working in various technological roles
Applicants Must Have 8+ years of managerial experience
Applicants Must Have a demonstrated history of technology
Applicants Must Have Java coding language required, Laravel and PHP beneficial.

Requirements for Group Operations Manager

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have an Advanced Degree, a Master’s or MBA is an advantage
Applicants Must Have Relevant Professional body membership
Applicants Must Have 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food processing industry.
Applicants Must Have 8 years of managerial experience.
Applicants Must Have Experience in quality management, OHSE, Food safety, sustainability, and quality control.

Requirements for Group Head of Treasury

Applicants Must Have An appropriate postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, or M.Sc. Finance, Economics, or Risk Management
Applicants Must Have Professional qualifications such as FRM, ACA, ACCA, and CFA, which would also be beneficial
Applicants Must Have Twelve (12) years of cognate experience in funding-related roles- commercial/investment banking, corporate treasury, and development finance.
Applicants Must Have Experience in the international commodities space will be favorably considered
Applicants Must Have Experience in Manufacturing will also be advantageous
Applicants Must Have A combination of strong financial and analytical skills as well as experience in engaging financiers and investors and gaining their confidence
