Requirements for Head, Internal Audit

• Applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Finance and Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance  is a plus; Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA
• Applicant must have 7+ years of Solid knowledge of auditing, accounting, finance, and risk management, interpreting financial and other records in high-volume manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Applicant must have a strong analytical skill set both numerical as well as legal.
• Advanced computer software skills, especially Excel (ability to work with complex formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
• A strong combination of technical, leadership, written & oral communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Adept in process management and proven understanding and application of risk management frameworks.
• Critical understanding of the establishment and operation of internal control mechanisms.

Requirements for Internal Audit Officer

• Applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Applicant must have professional certification in internal auditing, such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA
• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in internal control and audit,
• Applicant must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced computer software skills, especially Excel (ability to work with complex formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements for Human Resource Generalist

• Applicant must have  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Applicant must have 3 – 7 years of experience in Human Recourses Management and Administration.
• Experience in management.
• Applicant must have an understanding and knowledge of Human Capital Management and Business Partnering.
• Applicant must have strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Applicant must have excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills.
