Head of Finance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8 – 10 years experience in a senior finance role, working with a BPO industry or related service-oriented sectors is an added advantage.

Head of Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-8 years experience in a senior operation role with a track record of success in operations management.
  • Strong understanding of BPO processes, technology, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Accountant

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Membership in any of the recognized professional accounting institutions i.e. ICAN, ACCA, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Between 4 – 7 years experience handling the overall accounting or financial function in a structured company.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and practices to efficiently monitor the business’ budgeting and cash flow modelling framework.
  • Demonstrated capacity carrying out statutory & tax computations for prompt filing while managing the relationships with the appropriate (tax & regulatory compliance) personnel & government authorities
  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s accounts are up-to-date & in compliance with applicable standards & requirements.
  • Ability to conduct periodic analytical reviews of the business’ monthly operating results while continually enhance the business’ operating profit margin.
