Requirements for Career Executive Assistant

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Must be a Female. For gender balance.
• Must possess IT skills. Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Must exhibit and maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Office management systems and procedures.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels

Requirements for Accountant

• B.Sc / M.Sc Degrees in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAGE, FreshBooks, and QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Additional certification (ICAN, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.

Requirements for Architect

• BS Degree in Architecture
• Proven working experience as an Architect
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Advanced knowledge of 3D Animation software: Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, Lumion Sketchup, and Vray. Capcut, 3D Max, and Blender 3D
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills.
