Requirements for Commercial Finance Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Finance or Accounting
- Â Membership of any of the following accounting bodies such as ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, and ICAEW with emphasis on those who have completed their exams.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in an FMCG environment.
- Two years of relevant operational experience in Finance (Business Planning / Dynamic Forecasting)
- Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Meticulous and analytical approach to data
- Good interpersonal, facilitation, and Communication Skills
- Completion of NYSC is a major requirement
Requirements for Demand Manager
- Minimum of University Degree or equivalent in Finance or Business.
- 3 to 5 years of Planning experience in an FMCG environment. Demand planning experience will be an advantage.
- Two years of relevant operational experience in at least one of the following areas – Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Marketing, Finance (Business Planning / Dynamic Forecasting)
- Expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Relevant certification is an additional advantage
- Meticulous and analytical approach to data
- Good interpersonal, facilitation, and Communication Skills
- Â Be innovative and proactive.
- Be assertive, courageous, and persistent.
Requirements for IT Service Support Manager – Wilmar
- Educated to Bachelor’s Degree / HND at least Degree level in an IT-related field
- 3+ years of IT experience within retail or an FMCG.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Experience in successfully working in cross-functional teams
- Experience in initiating and creating business process improvements with IT
- Ability to demonstrate planning and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving
- Strong team player, able to work closely with other IT employees in the Global and Regional teams.
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English
