Requirements for Facility Officer
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualifications would be an added advantage
- 4 to 6 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Must live within Ikorodu or its environs.
Requirements for Generator Technician
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 4 – 6 years of work experience.
- Must possess a certificate showing technical competency as a Generator Mechanic.
- Completion of a four-year trade apprenticeship or similar vocational training
- Minimum three years of experience as a Generator Technician in the transport industry.
Requirements for Maintenance Technical Supervisor
- Work alongside the Head of Maintenance to develop and implement a coordinated maintenance strategy in line with emerging policy
- Provide technical information and assistance to the Management regarding automotive needs and issues; assist in the formulation and development of policies, procedures, and programs
- Support the HOM in the services, repair, and preventive maintenance of all vehicles; develop, implement, and supervise preventive maintenance programs; periodically review repair works and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and efficiency; recommend vehicles for replacement, prepare specifications and arrange for auction or disposal when necessary
- Ensure proper working conditions of the workshop and safety practices are followed
- Control and allocate the flow of work in the workshop to make the best use of staff, equipment, and other resources
- Ensure that vehicles meet the business requirements at all time
- Ensure that engineering lost mileage is kept to a minimum and take appropriate hands-on corrective action where required including carrying out mechanical repairs when required
- Ensure that vehicles are serviced by departmental servicing standards
- Ensure that proactive planned maintenance is carried out on vehicles to prevent problems from occurring
- Ensure that the workshop housekeeping and operating practices are of high standard and that special tools and equipment are well maintained
- Ensure that each vehicle has a fully documented history of work carried out on it.
