Requirements for Maintenance Supervisor (Automobile)

Work alongside the Head of Maintenance to develop and implement a coordinated maintenance strategy in line with emerging policy
Provide technical information and assistance to the Management regarding automotive needs and issues; assist in the formulation and development of policies, procedures, and programs
Support the HOM in the services, repair, and preventive maintenance of all vehicles; develop, implement, and supervise preventive maintenance programs; periodically review repair works and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and efficiency; recommend vehicles for replacement, prepare specifications and arrange for auction or disposal when necessary
Ensure proper working conditions of the workshop and safety practices are followed
Control and allocate the flow of work in the workshop to make the best use of staff, equipment, and other resources
Ensure that vehicles meet the business requirements at all time
Ensure that engineering lost mileage is kept to a minimum and take appropriate hands-on corrective action where required including carrying out mechanical repairs when required
Ensure that vehicles are serviced by departmental servicing standards
Ensure that proactive planned maintenance is carried out on vehicles to prevent problems from occurring
Ensure that the workshop housekeeping and operating practices are of a high standard and that special tools and equipment are well-maintained
Ensure that each vehicles have a fully documented history of work carried out on them.

Requirements for Workshop Manager

University Graduate with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Technical training would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 15 years experience with a Diesel Engine Automobile workshop environment.
Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Computer literacy with good report-writing skills.

Requirements for Human Resource Business Partner

Must be a graduate of a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Must reside in Lagos
Good Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law.
