Requirements for Research and Data Analyst
- Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Applicant must have 1 – 10 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data visualization and statistical analysis software such as R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Applicant must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data and insights into easily digestible and actionable information.
- Applicant must have experience in data storytelling and visual communication, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to a non-technical audience.
- Applicant must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Applicant must have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for Product Associate / Ed-tech
- Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Applicant must have 3 years+ of Industry Experience.
- Applicant must have industry-standard experience in Total Product Maintenance (TPM), Scrum, technical PMS (Product Management Systems), and Agile systems.
- Industry-standard experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing,
- Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and others.
- Skilled with user interface, product management, and business process.
- Applicant must have exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- A demonstration of curiosity, love for learning, creativity, execution, and speed.
- Readiness to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions backed by data.
- Applicant must have excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptability, and excellent learning agility.
- User-centricity, data-driven, extraction, analysis, and an eye for design and experimentation.

Requirements for Android Mobile App Developer
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
- Experience designing and delivering Android apps that are performant, reliable, and secure
- Experience with the Android Framework – Java, Kotlin, and Reactive programming
- Experience with the build and release processes in an agile environment
- Strong knowledge of Flutter, Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
- Ability to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications and understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and ability to interact with external APIs and familiarity with continuous integration, and a good understanding of mobile application security.
