Requirements for Internal Audit Officer
- Applicant must have a minimum of First Degree in Accounting or related field with 2nd class upper division
- Applicant must have 3 – 5 years of core internal audit working experience in the banking sector or FINTEC space
- Applicant must have general banking experience, especially in Operations, Credit risks an advantage
- Applicant must have ACA or ACCA, IIA, CIBN, CISA, CIMA, MCP, etc.
- Applicant must have demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in auditing; internal audit standards, ethics, and fraud awareness
- Applicant must have strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experienced in recommending Results / Corrective Actions.
- Sound proficiency in excel and analytical solutions (SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- Applicant must have strong knowledge of the T24 Core Banking Application
Requirements for Portfolio Management Analyst
- Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Applicant must have relevant professional qualifications in Accounting, Data Analytics, and Risk Management is an added advantage.
- Applicant must have 2-3 years relevant experience in the Financial Services or FINTECH space.
- Applicant must have experience in the review of LIVE and RECON statements, review of loan balances, re-computation of customer outstanding indebtedness and general accounts reconciliation, etc.
- Applicant must have proficiency in portfolio interpretation and analysis as well as predictive reasoning on the Bank’s loan portfolio.
- Applicant must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced skills and working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Good analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicant must have a general knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Applicant must have knowledge of T24 Core Banking Application is an added advantage.
Requirements for Relationship Officer – Private Banking
- Applicant must have First Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology, or any related field.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of field experience in private banking with excellent performance track records.
- Applicant must be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)and Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing or any other related qualifications an added advantage.
- Applicant must be Target-driven and results-oriented
- Applicant must have analytical risk management skills
- Applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Applicant must have an excellent relationship and people management skills
- Applicant must have excellent efficiency in handling client-related issues and providing solutions where required
- Computer Proficiency
- Applicant must have good knowledge of digital and online marketing methods
- Understand data analytics
- Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts
- Must be tech-savvy
- Demonstrates exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Self-starter with mature analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Innovative and forward-thinking, with a track record of executing new ideas.
