Requirements for Audience Engagement and Social Media Manager

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / BA / BSc / HND / MA qualification
• Applicant must have at least three years of experience as an audience engagement and social media manager.
• Applicant must have a solid ability to create and distribute email newsletters
• Applicant must have a good understanding of how Google Analytics, including Analytics 4, works.
• Applicant must be comfortable engaging on social media and leading brand visibility efforts across all our social media platforms.
• Applicant must have completed at least first degree and NYSC service.

Requirements for Project Manager

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / BSc / MPhil / MSW qualification with 3 – 6 years of work experience.
• Applicant must have strong and effective leadership, management, and interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicants must have the ability to command respect and create a sense of community amongst team members.
• Applicants must have excellent program planning, monitoring, and controlling techniques.
• Applicant must have strong business development skills
• Applicant must have excellent negotiation skills and an understanding of the procurement process
• Applicant must have good knowledge of program and project management methods, including MSP and PRINCE2 (dividing the project into manageable bits
• Applicant must have excellent knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Problem-solving skills.

Requirements for Graphics Designer and Video Editor

• Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / BA / HND / OND qualification with 3 – 4 years of work experience.
• Applicant must have excellent video editing and graphic design skills
• Applicant must have the ability to use effective video and design tools like Photoshop, Premier Pro, and others.
• Applicant must have at least two years of experience as a video editor and graphics designer.
