Requirements for Restaurant Manager (Ice Cream Factory / Yin Yang Express)

• Possess at the minimum of HND certificate or equivalent (university degree preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business admin
• Proven leadership skills
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment (preferably a global brand) including Profit & Loss responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Energy and stamina.

Requirements for Head Baker / Kitchen Supervisor

• Minimum of HND certificate
• At least 3 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to write, read, and communicate in English fluently.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including cake baking, pastry making, and cake decoration.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming standards.
• Experience in cake decorating with whipped cream, cream cheese, and butter icing.
• Mathematical skills for working with simple conversions, weights, and measures.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Requirements for Digital Marketing Specialist

• BA / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field (desirable).
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• An avid storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in social media marketing.
• Photo and video editing experience.
• Vibrant and outgoing personality.
• Technological savvy with an understanding of how technology can be deployed to boost marketing activity.
• A keen interest in food and/or desserts is highly desirable.
