Requirements for Restaurant Manager (Ice Cream Factory / Yin Yang Express)
- Possess at the minimum of HND certificate or equivalent (university degree preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business admin
- Proven leadership skills
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment (preferably a global brand) including Profit & Loss responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Energy and stamina.
Requirements for Head Baker / Kitchen Supervisor
- Minimum of HND certificate
- At least 3 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to write, read, and communicate in English fluently.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including cake baking, pastry making, and cake decoration.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming standards.
- Experience in cake decorating with whipped cream, cream cheese, and butter icing.
- Mathematical skills for working with simple conversions, weights, and measures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Requirements for Digital Marketing Specialist
- BA / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field (desirable).
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- An avid storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in social media marketing.
- Photo and video editing experience.
- Vibrant and outgoing personality.
- Technological savvy with an understanding of how technology can be deployed to boost marketing activity.
- A keen interest in food and/or desserts is highly desirable.
