Requirements for Structural Engineer
- Proficient in calculations and structural analysis.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and Strong analytical, design knowledge.
- Knowledge of Engineering codes and standards.
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Must reside on the Island.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Structural Engineering or a related field.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields with 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management skills.
- Experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
- Cost Reporting skills
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or related fields is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements for Marketing Manager
- A minimum of HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 – 5 years experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs, and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
- Proven experience in sales management, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales and marketing tools, and metrics for measuring sales performance
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
