Requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Applicant must have an ND/HND/BSc from a fully accredited institution looking to begin a career in an industry with opportunities to climb the corporate ladder.
- Applicant must have at least 1 year of experience
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Applicant must have the flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Applicant must have the willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the-job
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen for certain positions
- Applicant must have excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Applicant must have basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the customer
- Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company
Requirements for Company Driver
- Applicant should possess an OND/SSCE qualification with at least 2 years of work experience.
Requirements for Junior Web Developer
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 1-year work experience.
- Experience with programming in HTML, CSS, PHP, XML, AJAX, C#, ASPX
- Experience using MYSQL Server
- Experience in CMS like WordPress ad Frameworks like Codeigniter
