Requirements for Brand Manager

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
• Applicant must have 2 – 5 years of work experience.
• Applicant must have Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role.
• Applicant must have Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Applicant must have a Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Applicant must have Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Applicant must be a Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Applicant must have an Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Requirements for HR Specialist

• Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Applicant must have 1 – 3 years of work experience.
• Applicant must have Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role is an advantage.
• Applicant must have Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Applicant must have Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Applicant must have Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Applicant must have Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Applicant must have Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office applications.

Requirements for Accountant

• Applicant should possess a B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.
• Applicant must have Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Applicant must have Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Applicant must have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Applicant must pay Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Applicant must have Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Applicant must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Applicant must have the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Applicant must have Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining financial confidentiality.
