Requirements for Health Coach

• Health coach certification preferred
• MBBS or Registered Nurse or Pharmacist or Psychologist or health background
• Master’s Degree or relevant qualification in social services or health-related field preferred (Nursing/Midwifery, Public Health, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Exercise Science, Nutrition And Dietetics, etc.) preferred but not required
• Expert knowledge of motivational interviewing, reflective listening, behavior change theory, and health psychology preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in health coaching, health promotion, chronic illness management, or other clinical roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to actively support, communicate, and teach the unique culture and values of mDoc
• Technology savvy and enthusiastic adopter of work and personal tools. Must be comfortable with assisting others in using technology and working remotely
• Passion for improving health care experience, outcomes, and costs
• Interest in reviewing and responding to patient and population health data
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong communication and “person-centered” skills.

Requirements for Maternal Health and NCDs Senior Project Associate

• MBBS, Bachelor in Nursing or Health area
• Masters Degree preferred. Ideally an MBA or MPH.
• However, we are looking for people who are not just clinically focused but want to learn how to be project managers and have an interest in the business of health.
• Interest or experience in health preferred. Business background preferred and consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and “person-centered” skills
• High level of organizational management capability and prioritization as well as the ability to break the ‘big picture’ into step-wise different pieces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and healthy working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
• The ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary with high attention to detail
• Demonstrates ability to work with confidential and sensitive data and experience with technology tools including Asana Trello or Jira.
