Requirements for Sales Business Development Manager

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc / M.Sc degree in Business Management or related field.
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrable (5 – 6 years) experience in a sales and Marketing function.
• Applicants Must Have Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Applicants Must Have the Willingness to try innovative Business/Marketing strategies.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
• Applicants Must Have Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of marketing techniques.

Requirements for Hotel General Manager

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
• Applicants Must Have Other hospitality certifications are an added advantage.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry with significant luxury and international experience, and at least 5 years experience as a Hotel General Manager.
