Requirements for Country Operations Manager
- Applicants Must be Educated at a Master’s level in a relevant discipline
- Applicants Must Have Professional experience of at least 6 years in a senior management role related to operations management
- Applicants Must Have Demonstrated success as a supply chain leader across all disciplines including planning, procurement, transportation, fleet, warehousing, and distribution, within the regional or national environment
- Applicants Must Have Experienced in security and safety management in diverse operating environments including those similar to the North-Eastern part of Nigeria
- Applicants Must Have Experience in designing, writing, and implementing policies and procedures
- Applicants Must Have Experience working in an International NGO
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the global health sector
Requirements for Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
- Applicants Must Have a Degree in Statistics, Demography, Mathematics, or any other relevant quantitative relevant discipline
- Applicants Must Have Five-year post-qualification experience
- Applicants Must Have Demonstrable contextual knowledge of local issues, community priorities, social and cultural constraints, and realities related to community assessment, project design, evaluation, and implementation
- Applicants Must Have Cognate experience in monitoring and evaluation of community-based interventions is highly desirable
- Applicants Must Have Experience in managing HMIS and CLMS and familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems as well as community-level program implementation will be added advantages
- Applicants Must Have Fluency in written and spoken English Work-based skills and competence
- Applicants Must Have A solid understanding of health systems strengthening.
Requirements for Admin Support (Short-Term Consultancy)
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, or similar
- Applicants Must Have A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
- Applicants Must Have Previous experience within the INGO sector and in a related role
- Applicants Must Have Strong Microsoft Office suite skill
- Applicants Must Have Superior attention to detail
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills
- Applicants Must Have Budget development, work-plan Implementation, and Expense reporting.
- Applicants Must Have Good interpersonal, communication, and planning skills;
- Applicants Must Have Previous experience in office administrative support; and
- Applicants Must Possess a good understanding, knowledge, and experience in document control and management.
- Applicants Must Have Previous working experience with MC and in SMC are added advantages.
