Requirements for Vice President (VP) of Product

Applicant must have BA / B.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related Technical field.
Applicant must have 7+ yrs Product Management experience in a venture-backed technology company (Series A or beyond).
Applicant must have experience in Scrum/Agile/and E-logistics/SCM/Mobility.
Record of setting and achieving ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Validated ability to lead, coach, and inspire teammates and colleagues.
Applicant must have a Master of Science or MBA
Applicant must have 2+ years of experience in a strategy consulting or banking environment.
Expertise in B2B, SaaS, FinTech, or Data Science.
Experience across multiple functional areas such as UX/UI, mobile development, finance, and/or marketing.
Experience with Startups and plugged into the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Requirements for Financial Controller

Applicant must have Advanced Degree in Accounting and CPA or CMA preferred.
Applicant must have 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience in a multi-currency environment.
Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Applicant must have experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end close processes.
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
Applicant must have precise and effective communication skills
Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
Experience with Startups and plugged into the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements for Vice President of Operations / Chief Operating Officer

Applicant must have MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Applicant must have 15+ years of experience in management, operations, and or management consulting
Applicant must have 7+ years of experience in high-growth or technology environments
Applicant must have excellent project management skills balancing multiple projects and competing priorities
Excellent management, communication, and execution skills, proven ability to build, train and lead teams
Applicant must be a strong analytical thinker who is data-driven yet able to make decisions quickly
Experience developing, implementing, and achieving KPIs
Experience with day-to-day operational finance
Tech-savvy, charismatic, energetic, passionate, and inspirational
Experience with leading mobility startups, digital companies, and or logistics (traditional and e-logistics)
Expertise in management consulting and banking
